To vote, access the Voting Website between June 15, 2009, 12:01 AM and August 1st, 2009 12:01 AM (PT) at TeenChoiceAwards.com then click on the CAST YOUR VOTE section. Once there, complete and thereafter transmit the voting registration form by clicking the "Let Me Vote" button to submit your vote. Information required on the voting form (Voter Information) consists of only your valid e-mail address, and date of birth. You may Vote for one (1) or as many categories as you wish, but only (1) vote per category per day. All required Voter Information must be valid and completed in full or such votes will be disqualified. Limit one (1) Vote per person/e-mail address per category per 24 hour day.
