Jordin Sparks and Jake T. Austin take a swing as they participate in the 2011 Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game held at Chase Field on Sunday (July 10) in Phoenix, Ariz.
Jake, 17, played for the American league and “tossed a stray ball up to the fans while warming up and was greeted by a wave of screams” according to AZ Central.
Jordin told the paper, “I’m so excited to be here. I love Arizona and I love coming back to my hometown. I played softball from when I was 4 until eighth grade, and I loved it.”
National beat American, 5-3.
